If you provide us with your email address or any other details during an enquiry, only our studio will see it. We do not provide any information to other parties in any way shape or form. As for cookies - we only use two cookies - Google Tracking & Statcounter. These are for site tracking and can be turned off using the cookie management tool at the top of the screen/browser. In both cases they show IP addresses only, which rarely can identify an individual or company unless you have a dedicated hosting environment linked to your URL. Most individuals have a dynamic IP address, which roves so you cannot be traced easily, if at all. We have these cookies to effectively provide us with a hit count and the country in which the hit takes place. The tools/cookies show us th epages that are visited and the period of time that a browse of that page takes place

Our website does have links to other websites. They are in the main social media or directory links. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that 'other' website and cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information, which you provide when browsing there. Please exercise caution and look at all privacy statements on sites you visit.

You can be assured that we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Our Response to GDPR legislation. This is beyond our standard privacy policy and it will affect you, especially if you run events or wish to have employee portraits. It also outlines our policy towards EXIF data contained in the images.
