A huge portion of our business comes from the hospitality sector, whether it be hotel, restaurants, deli’s or cafés. When we look at hospitality photography commissions - whilst we may be photographing property, room-spaces, fabrics or furnishings - we are really trying to capture the experience of either the stay, the dining environment, the entertainment and above all the atmosphere. If we are commissioned to photograph the food in such establishments, working with Chef we aim to bring their creativity to life - we do not have the luxury of smell in the images, so we look for the attention to detail and use of ingredients and let the viewer do the rest!
