As photography, video and built environemt content creator, specialising in property and architectural images, we bring controlled light to our commissions - not camera mounted flash or strobe guns - real, high specification studio flash units and diffusers combined with continuous lighting rigs to maintain and achieve perfect lighting of the room or space. Then we have to think technology. Our Canon L series and tilt lenses are controlled for any distortion, guaranteeing quality perspective and sharpness.

Now what about the space itself? We try not only to take room-scape or space 'landscape' images, we explore the building, interior or space we are commissioned for. We break the view up, approach the space from different angles or heights, we increase room volume through composition and focus on architectural elements in design. We also focus upon the investment in the space - use of architectural elements, lighting units, furnishings and the very fabric of the construction itself.

If permitted within the brief, we will also explore your furnishings and decoration, build style and craftsmanship to bring the whole room, interior, building or installation to life. Yes, one thing we really enjoy as an architectural photographer and video producer is is a new build commission - capturing the design aspect and inspiration of the architect! It sort of makes the architectural, engineering or property shoot a personal one - we're not so much taking an image of the interior, space, property or rooms - we're capturing a little bit of the architects imagination in the design and architectural .

This way the images we take for architectural, engineering and new builds are different to our property estate agent work - and they should look considerably different if shot properly.

Our architectural photography approach is to sell the story of the construction's or building's design - not just its floor plan space layout! We're looking to see how the architect's imagined the living space or working environment - how they have used light to change mood, shape and form in the space created. The use of new and exciting materials - explore the use of materials and the composition of the design - how it impacts the landscape or its urban surroundings, how easy it is to do work or live in as a home use or benefit the environments infrastructure.
